A face exfoliant that is good enough to eat (technically yes, but don’t do it haha!); Chocolat Citrus Foaming Facial scrub is indeed bursting with a heavenly aroma, while also packed with antioxidants and phytonutrients.

• Formulated with premium Cacao Essential Oil, an outstanding ingredient that aids on a topical/physical, spiritual, and emotional level. Those interested in Chakras will love it because cacao helps open the heart chakra. Thanks to its high antioxidant properties, Cacao boosts collagen production and protects the skin from environmental damage
• Green Coffee Beans contain bioactive compounds like Polyphenols, Flavonoids, and Chlorogenic acid, which act as powerful antioxidants. They protect cells and molecules from damage, have natural skin-lightening properties, help remove dead skin cells, combat free radicals, and improve blood circulation. Also rich in vitamins, enzymes, and minerals, thus making green coffee beans an excellent vibrant-aging agent.
• Tamanu oil is another key component, low comedogenic, and suitable for all skin types. Topically, it is bursting with anti-fungal, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, and antioxidant properties. Can help to treat wounds, burns, acne, and dermatitis due to its high antibacterial and antioxidant activity. It increases collagen synthesis and may provide adequate photoprotection. The blend of pure, organic essential oils used created the most divinely invigorating aroma, and whilst the product gently exfoliates and removes dead skin cells, breathing in its scent will act as a pick-me-up for the mood. Here are 3 of the EOs we used to formulate the blend.

• Ylang ylang : an intoxicating floral scent, warm, voluptuous, exotic and potent.
• litsea cubeba : fresh, light, and citrusy, with warm notes of lemongrass. 
• Pink Grapefruit : tangy and popping, with a touch of freshness.

In addition to the aromatherapeutic benefit, both pink grapefruit and litsea cubeba have skin properties. Both contain natural vitamin C to soften dark eye circles, fine lines, and spots, as well as astringent and antiseptic benefits.

How to use it?

Using a clean, dry utensil, place 1 teaspoon of the scrub in the palm of your hand. Add a small amount of pure water and blend until you have achieved a low-matte foam, apply on damp skin and gently massage in with circular motions, avoiding the eye area. Rinse well with warm water and pat the skin dry. Unlike what you sometimes see on TikTok or Instagram, do not double dip or allow water to come into contact with the product in your jar. This allows to keep the product’s stability and integrity. As an experienced facialist, I know how crucial hygienic practices are to guarantee healthy skin.

Use 1-2 times a week for fresh, vibrant skin.
